Ojochal is a unique village located about 30 to 35 minutes south of Dominical and 10 to 15 minutes South of Uvita.  A diverse community of Canadians, Americans, Europeans, and some locals all living in a tranquil small town atmosphere.  Ojochal has some of the best restaurants in the area because of the numerous international influences from around the globe such as; Café Exotica, Citrus, Mamma and Papa’s, and El Fuego. 

Nearby beaches include Playa Tortuga, Playa Ventanas with caves right on the beach, and all the beaches of Uvita and Ballena.  This is a mature community with plenty of finished homes and lots for sale for any level investor.   Other areas further South include San Buenas, Tres Rios, and Coronado.
