The guest casita is located above the home with concrete staircase to access for a 4th bedroom.  Set up as a studio with queen bed, full bathroom, and counter with sink including coffee maker, toaster, and small dorm size fridge.  This casita also enjoys outstanding ocean and mountain views.

The pool area is one of the highlights of the home and is ample in size with large deck for lounging in the sun.  The covered wrap around terrace offers various places to sit and relax in the shade and enjoy the consistent ocean breezes.  Almost year-round sunsets will make everyone stop what they are doing and sit in awe of the magical colors and glowing horizon.

The property has a private hiking trail to a 30-to-40-foot waterfall that is impressive in rainy season.  Ping-Pong and Foosball are great features for kids and adults’ inner child to enjoy at the house.
