Joshua Kanter
Joshua Kanter and his wife, Seidy, are the owners of Dominical Property and Uvita Luxury Real Estate. And Joshua serves as the operating partner and broker for Dominical Property and Uvita Luxury Real Estate office. Joshua is a nationalized Costa Rican citizen and has been living in the Dominical area since 2005 and enjoys the “Pura Vida” in paradise with his wife and two young daughters. He enjoys spending time with his family, surfing, hiking, outdoor activities, and working with interesting people to help make their dreams come true.
Joshua had been travelling to Costa Rica since 1998 exploring most of the Pacific Coast before concluding that Dominical was the most beautiful area of the country. He moved to Dominical full time in 2005 after completing his degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida and then receiving his MBA in Management and International Business from Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College in Orlando, Florida. Joshua since met his wife here, fell in love, and has never left….
He has worked in Real Estate since relocating here and has over 20 years of experience with countless local contacts. He has made his own investments in addition to helping various clients achieve their goals and live their dreams. Joshua utilizes his fluent Spanish, extensive local contacts, and knowledgeable experience to work diligently with you to find the perfect Costa Ballena area property investment.
Joshua Kanter is an active member of the Costa Rica Real Estate Board – Cámara Costarricense de Corredores de Bienes Raíces (CCCBR), National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), The International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI), and the Federación Centroamericana, Panamá y el Caribe de Asociaciones y Cámaras de Bienes Raíces (FECEPAC). Kathia Vanesa Araya Mora
Kathia Vanesa Araya Mora was born and raised in the Southern Zone of Costa Rica. She has a Financial Banking degree from National University of Costa Rica and a minor in Tourism Hospitality.
Kathia began her career in Real Estate as a receptionist in a local brokerage in 2015. In 2017 she became an office and rental manager for one of the largest developers in the area gaining vital experience and honing her hospitality skills. Kathia later joined Dominical Property and Uvita Luxury Real Estate as an office manager and rental agent in 2019.
In 2021 Kathia completed the course for the National Association of Real Estate Agents (Camara Costarricense de Corredores de Bienes Raíces – CCCBR) and is now an active member. Kathia is also a is a SUGEF registered Realtor in Costa Rica. Her professionalism and dedication to customer service make her a naturally gifted Real Estate Agent ready to assist you every step of the way.
Kathia is a nature lover and passionate about the people and culture of Costa Rica. She is extremely grateful and blessed to have grown up in such an amazing country. Kathia enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children, as well as their extended family.

Andrés Solís Mora
Andrés Solís Mora was born in Pérez Zeledón and has lived there all his life.
In 2012 he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad Latina of Costa Rica. Andrés was later trained in Customer Service and English at National Learning Institute (I. N. A.)
After that, he worked for just over 6 years at Purdy Motor Pérez Zeledón as a Customer Service Advisor, offering a personalized service experience. During this time, he further developed his natural ability for excellent treatment and respect for his esteemed customers.
Andrés considers the South Pacific Coast as one of the most beautiful areas of Costa Rica and loves to share its beauty with future residents finding them the right home or land. He is also passionate about Athletics and outdoor activities. As a long distance runner in his free time, Andrés knows nothing worthwhile is accomplished without hard work and a positive attitude.

David gittelman
Upon Dave’s first visit to Costa Rica in 2004 he was enamored with the country and the people. After his 4th trip to Costa Rica in 2009 Dave was committed to making the move full time and has since become a permanent resident. His previous 18 years were spent living in Santa Cruz, CA while establishing a successful business as one of the premier mountain bike shops in the world; and enjoying a wonderful lifestyle. Fortunately the Costa Ballena has continued to enhance Dave’s life and provided him with a beautiful wife and two young sons.
Dave joined the Dominical Property team in 2017 to utilize numerous years of local area Real Estate expertise and Business Management background to provide professional services for our clients. His knowledge of the area, current and past Real Estate market, as well as, an overall understanding of investment and finance make Dave a vital resource for any customer.
